Within the forest above Arenal Volcano in La Fortuna, Nayara Tented Camp occupies an exclusive position among the tall trees of the cloud forest that characterises the upper slopes of the Arenal Conservation Area, with 11 luxury tents positioned to capture the volcanic views through the canopy while remaining close to the primary forest’s ecological richness. Each tent has a private heated infinity pool cantilevered over the forest floor, an outdoor shower among the trees, and a sleeping platform designed to bring guests as close to the forest environment as possible while maintaining the level of comfort expected of a Nayara property. The volcanic views from the tent decks are at their most dramatic in the early morning when mist fills the valley below and the volcano’s profile emerges above it in sequence.
